WATERCOLOR CASE STUDY:
Exterior Painting

The owners of this recently-purchased home in Watercolor’s Cerulean Park District desired a color change refresh. The CHP team’s work on this project included repainting the home’s entire exterior, assisting the customer with resolving some outstanding wood repair matters and also pre-project interaction with the community homeowners association to help secure final approval for the new Repose Gray/Alabaster color scheme.  As this customer was located out-of-state, the CHP team kept in constant contact with them in order to provide daily project updates/photos.

WATERCOLOR CASE STUDY:
Interior & Exterior Painting

As the spring rental season was approaching, this Cadmium Park home had its black cabinetry transformed to Benjamin Moore’s China White color – while also having select components of its exterior repainted. The CHP team’s comprehensive cabinet painting prep steps included extensive masking (so overspray would not occur); removal of all handles/hinges; relocation of all doors and drawers (so they could be painted in an open area) and significant cleaning/other prep steps. After these various matters were completed, the painting  occurred. Next, the repainted doors and drawers were re-installed, hardware re-added and the work area was completely cleaned up.
