30A CASE STUDY:
Exterior & Interior Painting

The recent buyer of this five bedroom, six bathroom home along the western side of 30A desired a refresh of both the exterior and interior of the home. Coastal Home Professionals was chosen by the customer due to our outstanding reputation, thorough project management capabilities and a focus on providing a premium customer experience. A project of this scope required proper planning – ranging from matching the colors to be used (the customer wanted to keep the same color scheme – but the specific color codes were not provided by the seller); to determining what equipment was needed to properly and efficiently paint the exterior of a large three-story structure to also planning how our interior painting activities would flow through the home. Communication was also an important aspect of this project – as the client lived out-of-state. The CHP team was excited to complete this project efficiently and with outstanding customer compliments.

30A CASE STUDY:
Exterior Painting

This Watercolor home desired a full exterior repaint, changing some of its color scheme so it would become a Sage siding, White Duck trim and Urbane Bronze doors/shutters finished product. Two key items made this project distinctive: First, various columns of the home’s carport area had seen significant amounts of damage from rotting and various scrapes. Also, this home had many exterior shutters that required offsite painting due to Watercolor’s restriction on painting via a sprayer (as we had determined that the best outcome for painting the shutters would be by using a sprayer). From a timing standpoint, there was a specific deadline by which this project needed to be completed by – as the home had a fully-booked spring rental calendar. CHP kicked off the project by meeting with the customer – who then returned to their out-of-state home. Given these factors, CHP’s project management capabilities were on full display throughout this project – and our team lived up to the task.  The customer was provided project updates/photos on a daily basis. The extensive carport wood repair was addressed as part of our prep process. The home painting activities were conducted with great care by our team. The shutters were removed/prepped/painted offsite/reinstalled. Most importantly, the project was delivered on-time to an excited customer who expressed their appreciation for all of our work & planning.
