Meet Catherine & John Morgan
Running a business focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences requires expertise in numerous areas. Catherine and John Morgan launched Coastal Home Professionals to leverage their 40 years of combined executive experience in operations, technology, customer service and marketing.
After moving to Seagrove Beach, Catherine and John had become intimately familiar with the incredible demand for all types of home services in the 30A area. However, given this huge demand, they saw that the customer and their experience could be an afterthought with some vendors. In other words, vendors not arriving on time (or arriving at all) for appointments, not listening to the customer in addition to frequent delays to fully address customer needs offered a huge opportunity for a home services company that put the customer and the customer experience first. These are just some of the reasons why they started Coastal Home Professionals.
