The owners of this home in Paradise by the Sea had a unique issue. Vines along the front of the home had quickly grown out of control – spreading all the way past the second floor. The customer began removing the vines – only to find out that the vines had made imprints along the home’s stucco. The customer contacted CHP to see if we could help. Focusing on very careful prep work, our team was able to repaint the front exterior so it could return to its expected look. Besides resolving this vine issue and stucco painting, CHP services also included matching the custom color of the paint as it was unknown by the customer…along with painting windows and soffits.

The recent buyers of this beautiful Seacrest home desired a repaint for both the exterior and interior. The wish was to change colors for the exterior, while maintaining a Pure White color scheme throughout the interior. The exterior phase involved extensive pressure washing, screening removal/replacement, revitalizing rusted screen tracks, various wood repair steps and a color scheme transformation to Benjamin Moore’s Simply White for the siding and trim. Given that the siding was originally a grey shade, the siding repaint required three coats. Next, the interior project was a complete repaint of all aspects of the home: ceiling, walls, trim, cabinets, etc. Notable prep matters included needing to address widespread instances of existing paint that was peeling and performing extensive sanding.
